Exchanges and returns of goods delivered in accordance with the contract are only possible in exceptional cases, within 7 days, and with our consent. The costs and risk of return shipping are borne by the buyer. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. In the case of damaged packaging or products that are no longer fully saleable, the buyer is responsible for the difference in price. This amount will not be refunded to the customer; instead, a voucher for the purchase price will be issued. No cash payment will be made.

The ordered goods are packed in a cardboard box and handed over to a shipping company.
