The frame of the Alu sledge is made of a special prepared alu-profile and alu-tubes. Because of this light metal, the sledge is very light on weight, handy and very robust.

The coating of each part is doe by layers of powder in silvergrey and clear coating; therefore extremely robust. With the use of Aluminium, there is no rusting or stretching.

Rubber layers are producing optimal shock-absorption and flexibility. The Inox steering rope (Alu Sports) and steering belts

(Alu Standard and Alu K) with a practical extension for dragging

the sledge, providing an easy and exact guiding.

The steel runners with welded on Inox-bolts, for speedy changing, made of strong material with best sliding characteristics, allow a high cornering stability.

The seating is made of none tearable and water-proof Polyester,

all around padded with foam-rubber tubes; this allows a very comfortable sitting, seat colours are blue or black.
